Andrew Maguire, formally of Goldman Sachs, is a precious metal trader in London. He claims that he has been told by traders who work for JP Morgan that they regularly manipulate the precious metal market and brag about how they make money doing so.

He tried contacting the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) – the people who are supposed to protect against this very thing from happening – and they basically told him, “Thanks for your observation, f! off.”
