Venezuelan Foreign Minister Nicolas Maduro expressed their strong rejection of the Israeli state complaints about an alleged plan to attack "Jewish targets" in that South American territory and recalled that the Bolivarian government has maintained a respectful relationship with all religions. said Maduro told the state channel VTV, which held that the Israeli allegations seek to "blur the image, the morale of governments such as President Hugo Chávez" . On Thursday, the general manager for Latin America and the Caribbean from the Foreign Ministry of Israel, Dorit Shavit, accused the Venezuelan government of Hugo Chávez of allowing the entry of terrorists from Hezbollah to the region and expressed concern over possible attacks may be planning against "Jewish targets." 

"The Israeli government itself has already warned about the presence of Hezbollah terrorist cells in Caracas. We have this information and we do not know why they came or if they plan anything against Israeli targets or against international targets in other countries," Shavit said. In this regard, Maduro said that it is a "provocative statement, irresponsible,by the Israeli Foreign Ministry official." "We first have to reject this statement because in Venezuela, the Government of Commander Hugo Chávez,

the Bolivarian government has maintained a respectful relationship with all religions in the first place," he said. He stressed that the government of President Hugo Chavez, particularly maintains "a relationship of respect, good level of dialogue with the Jewish community in Venezuela, we maintain an ongoing relationship of talks so the Jewish community in Venezuela knows they can feel safe , protected. " 

He added that Israelis living in Venezuela, know "that can be felt protected by the Bolivarian government that respects a viable partner to the entire community in Venezuela." "This is an official statement,wich  i think should be rejected by the Jewish community in our country. It is a very dangerous statement," Maduro said, after warning on possible actions that can come from Israeli intelligence sectors. 

"We alert the international community on any act of provocation or violence caused, after this statement by this official, by a body of the intelligence apparatus or the police apparatus of this terrorist state wich deals with such issues as the State of Israel," he said. Maduro noted that "the State of Israel is being reported at this time internationally as a terrorist state responsible for crimes in different parts of the world."

The latest was the attack to one of the boats called Freedom Flotilla, which killed nine activists, who together with another 700 more, wanted to carry humanitarian aid to the people of the Gaza Strip. "We want to confirm that any of these statements may achieve its intended result, which is to divert the world attention and so-called reports for an investigation being made by various agencies of the world (...) to face a full investigation of the  international community, on the slaughter that was committed against the freedom flotilla, "the Venezuelan foreign minister.

He said the Venezuelan government, "before any official expression of any agency, we will respond immediately. As we have communicated with some of these agencies, because there is a brutal campaign against us by th  international media." "In Venezuela, a judge has issued an adjusted measure to the Constitution and the law, and no one can come into our world to try to blackmail the Venezuelan state saying it doesnt work , We are an independent state, "he said.
