Federal Congress released on Monday June 7 $ 15 million to finance the operations of subversion in Cuba that are made through firms USAID contractors and mercenaries linked to the Cuban mafia. According to the Miami press, the State Department and U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) allocated in the coming months''funds''salaried agents of the U.S. Interests Section (USIS) in Cuba intermediary contractors''.'' 

Becoming the spokesman of the organizations that are benefiting from USA to annex the island, Senator George Lemieux, Florida Republican, has declared himself''pleased that the State Department has finally released these important funds.'' USAID plans developed from decades of interference aimed at the overthrow of the Cuban Revolution through a series of illegal actions, with a total disregard for the sovereignty of Cuba. 

Among the officials who welcomed the initiative is Mauricio Claver-Carone, director of the Political Action Committee (PAC) U.S. Cuba Democracy which funds a coup of millions of campaign funds for politicians to demonstrate their hostility towards Cuba. Among the most influential members of the lobbying group, is the millionaire businesswoman Reme Remedios'',''famous for having defrauded the federal tax service.

Claver-Carone and their leaders - several of them of the terrorist Cuban Liberation Council - do not cease to proclaim their support for the U.S. embargo against Cuba A''secret''that confirms the illegality. Officials from the State Department and USAID kept secret on the release of funds for illicit operations, but staff Lemieux - elected thanks to friends who live off the ''anti-Castro''business,- admitted that his office was given first notice' 'verbally.'' 

With this''secret''nature of  operations on their Plan''Cuba,''the State Department and USAID recognize violating Cuban laws and expose their agents to these facts.  To the American public, always maintaining the myth that millions go to the distribution of computers, medicines and aid to families of detained mercenaries. 

However, the noisiest operations of the USAID correspond to a much broader plan of sedition with - among many other things - multiple attempts aimed at the fragmentation of Cuban society, strategic advice to the so-called''dissidents''smear campaigns and networking these thru parallel satellite communications, designed by the CIA and intelligence operations characteristics. 

The funds now released were withheld since early 2009 following several fraud scandals uncovered by the Federal Audit Office (GAO) in which characters involved were well known Cuban-American mafia. Frank Calzon - a former terrorist group Abdala - was involved in an embezzlement scandal in 2007, when an audit revealed that his right arm, Felipe Sixto, had''disappeared''with half a million dollars to his organization provided by the USAID. 

Among the first to rejoice at the resumption of the dance of the millions, are two other experts misuse of tickets, Frank Hernandez Trujillo, head of the Support Group Dissidence - that paid lobster, chocolate and Nintendo with its subsidies - and Orlando Gutiérrez Boronat, head of the Cuban Democratic Directorate, a veteran not only of the U.S. Army but also of the scam. 

However, the''liberation''of funds will not reach the Development Alternatives Inc. (DAI), according to spokesmen for the CIA in the Miami press. The DAI is that firm funded by the USAID contractor''which''is being held in Cuba. The  mob press of Florida fails to mention the fact that Caleb McCarry, former head of Bush Plan to annex Cuba,was  subsidized with $ 6.5 million of USAID money''contractor''for yet another firm, the Creative Associates International, two months after leaving his post as official, ''in turn hired him.'' 

Nor did it mention that Adolfo Franco, a former director for Latin America at USAID concealed a number of diversions of funds, so far has not faced any charges. President Barack Obama has named the same as Mark Feierstein, an expert in political campaign management, with sulfur past. In 90 years as Project Manager,''''in Nicaragua,he led the dirty operation conducted by the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), a subsidiary of USAID, to overthrow the Sandinista government.
