 Iranian researchers at Tarbiat Modarres University managed to optimize culture medium, proliferation and differentiation of cells in vitro and succeeded in differentiating cells on three dimensional polymeric scaffolds to increase the resistance and maintenance of hepatic cells under the aforementioned conditions.
