BUENOS AIRES - An Argentine judge March 10 tossed out a probe into the handling of what officials said were undocumented weapons and drugs on a U.S. military plane, an incident which led to a diplomatic spat.The judge examining the case, Marcelo Aguinsky, said there was no evidence of any crimes were committed, a court official said.A court source said the return of the items taken from the U.S. aircraft "now is in the hands of the executive branch."Argentine authorities said the cargo contained undocumented weapons and drugs, including morphine. Buenos Aires subsequently canceled the military exercise with Washington.
