Minnesota Republicans Want to Ban Poor People From Carrying Cash http://axisoflogic.com/artman/publish/Article_62587.shtml
A new bill introduced by Minnesota State Republicans, which aims to prevent state welfare recipients from carrying more than $20 in cash, is the latest salvo on the war against the poor. This news report on more insanity in U.S. politics contains one of the oldest strategy used by the political establishment which may pass under the radar of some. It's another attempt to portray the Republicans as the bad guys with an argument of silence that suggests that the Democrats are not part of this disgusting attack on the U.S. poor.
These reports give the impression that we have an alternative at the election booth in the so-called two party system. They played the same game with the state house representatives reaction to Gov. Scott Walker's attack on the working class in Wisconsin with some Democrat legislators "fleeing the state" to deny the state government a quorum when voting on Walker's obscene bill. Please do not be deceived. The Democratic Party is up to their neck on the attack on the poor and working class - just as deeply as the Republicans. Both are equally involved, equally responsible and equally shameless. You take Red and I'll take blue - their ain't no difference between the two.
