Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri stressed that "To us, the resistance is the strategic and civilized choice; it is not just a rifle and a missile." Berri noted that the resistance can only care less about the latest campaign on its weapons, because such talk is rambling and does not apply to the resistance.In an interview with As-Safir newspaper, Berri noted that those involved in the campaign to disarm the resistance should be aware that the most dangerous weapon is the sectarianism, which is the origin of the trouble, as it has caused tremendous numbers of conflicts during the past and threatens to produce more of these in the future.
