The UNSC apparent urgency on crisis in Libya stands in direct contrast to similar humanitarian crisis happening in Bahrain. The UNSC and those countries seemingly advocating love for humanity have forgotten to mention military crackdown of Bahrainis by an unelected ruling monarchy and their Saudi, UAE partners.Experts say, US-led Western countries have the strategy of maintaining tensions through playing factions against each other across the Middle East and North Africa. West’s simple strategy allows access to cheaper oil than if oil money were to be distributed evenly amongst the population under proposed democratic system.According to experts, in general Western strategy is to always help create some kind of puppet apparatus - such as in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia - which continuously suppresses its own population using Western supplied weapons. This system is further polished when supported by technocratic maneuverings at the UN, UNSC and other international bodies that are designed to stretch the status quo.
