Nobel laureates join call for Israeli boycott
Israel’s claim to “victimhood” is no longer automatically accepted. The latest challenge to this narrative that is so eagerly peddled by an army of zionist supporters in western governments and the media came from a group of Nobel peace prize-winners, academics, prominent artists and activists. For from accepting Israel as the victim, they see it as the aggressor in its latest assault on Gaza and have issued a call for an international military boycott. The eight-day Israeli onslaught on Gaza killed 161 Palestinians, the vast majority of them civilians including 35 children, and left another 1,350 injured. Again, as in 2008-2009, a large swath of Gaza’s infrastructure was destroyed. There were five Israelis killed during the same period. Palestinian casualties were 32 time more than Israel’s.The letter calling for boycott of Israel is signed by 52 prominent personalities that include Nobel peace laureates, academics, politicians, parliamentarians, judges, artists and film directors. The signatories include Nobel laureates Mairead Maguire and Adolfo Pérez Esquivel; US academic Prof. Noam Chomsky of MIT; Cynthia McKinney, a former member of the US Congress and Green Party presidential candidate in 2008; and Luisa Morgantini, former president of the European parliament.Stéphane Hessel, a former French diplomat and Holocaust survivor who was co-author of the universal declaration of human rights, also added his signature to the boycott call. The other signatories include John Dugard, a South African jurist and former UN special rapporteur in the occupied territories; Ronnie Kasrils, a former cabinet minister of South Africa; the dramatist Caryl Churchill; film directors Mike Leigh and Ken Loach; the author Alice Walker; and Roger Waters of Pink Floyd. The letter opens with a quote from the international icon of freedom struggle, Nelson Mandela who spent 27 years in jail for opposing apartheid in South Africa: "For to be free is not merely to cast off one's chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others." Now the signatories are calling for a boycot of Israeli apartheid.Mincing no words, the letter spells out what the signatories consider to be Israel’s egregious crimes. "Horrified at the latest round of Israeli aggression against the 1.5 million Palestinians in the besieged and occupied Gaza Strip and conscious of the impunity that has enabled this new chapter in Israel's decades-old violations of international law and Palestinian rights, we believe there is an urgent need for international action towards a mandatory, comprehensive military embargo against Israel."Making direct connection with the apartheid regime of South Africa, the letter goes on to say: "Such a measure has been subject to several UN resolutions and is similar to the arms embargo imposed against apartheid South Africa in the past." Israeli apologists will seek refuge behind the claim of “anti-Semitism” but this will not wash. The signatories include a number of academics, jurists and political figures that are of Jewish origin.Aware that Israel is able to carry out such crimes because of the support it receives from the US, EU and several developing countries, the letter describes what it calls as their "complicity" through weapons sales and other military support in Israel’s repeated assaults o Gaza and the Palestinians."While the United States has been the largest sponsor of Israel, supplying billions of dollars of advanced military hardware every year, the role of the European Union must not go unnoticed, in particular its hefty subsidies to Israel's military complex through its research programmes."Similarly, the growing military ties between Israel and the emerging economies of Brazil, India and South Korea are unconscionable given their nominal support for Palestinian freedom," the letter says. It is important that Nobel laureates and academics have realized India’s growing role in supporting Israeli apartheid on one hand and trying to present itself as a friend of the Palestinians on the other.

LiveLeak.com - Protesters against Israel for gaza attacks. (Colombia)
www.liveleak.com/view?i=8b8_1353634815 Protesters against Israel for gaza attacks. (Colombia). This is one of the many protests that take place in the Israel embassies around the world against Israel Bogota Colombia.
Colombians living in fear as battle for control rages around them ...In October 2011 US president Barack Obama signed the US-Colombia free trade agreement (FTA) that saw 80 per cent of US consumer and industrial exports become duty free overnight. A supposedly protective labour action plan was implemented in April 2011 but since it has been in place, a reported 38 trade union workers have been murdered.Colombian president Juan Manuel Santos says the deal will bring in some 100,000 jobs a year but some experts feel the huge influx of capital can only bring more carnage.“Large-scale development projects are tied to the root causes of violence or directly tied to violence. Our biggest concern with the FTA is that the paramilitary structures have not been dealt with and that the violence will increase,” says Gimena Sánchez, a senior associate at the Washington Office on Latin America. In Buenaventura the pressure is already mounting, with the expedited expansion of the port and a mooted tourism project on the water’s edge threatening to bulldoze neighbourhoods such as La Inmaculada and La Playita and displace more than 17,000 families.
In places such as Caloto, Corinto and Suarez, life seems almost pedestrian, but since a paramilitary upsurge around 1998, this region has seen incredible terror. In the years which followed, the Cauca river became known as “the cemetery”.People were often dismembered alive with chainsaws and thrown into the waterways, or beheaded in town squares to spread panic. The land vacated when people fled this type of horror then became fair game.High above Suarez, at La Toma, community council leaders Francia Márquez and Lisifrey Ararat are fighting tooth and nail to save their historic village, home to an Afro-Colombian gold mining community since 1636. Here, locals use the same methods practised by their ancestors to mine the hills by hand. Now, they are caught in the middle of a three-way war between the guerrillas, the army and the paramilitaries.A decade ago, when the government began granting mining concessions in the municipality to outside investors, Colombian and multinational corporations took notice. In the years that followed, 35 new concessions were granted locally, ignoring a prior community consultation process guaranteed under Colombian law. Then the eviction notices came.‘Social cleansing’ When La Toma protested, the paramilitaries moved in. Death threats and promises of “social cleansing” from the Águilas Negras followed; on April 7th, 2010, armed men at nearby Alto Ovejas massacred eight miners.Attempts to evict 1,300 families at La Toma were most recently thwarted in April of last year, after locals took a case to the Colombian constitutional court. The new licences were suspended as they had not adhered to prior consultation, but locals fear the breathing space is temporary.Though it is widely accepted that under Santos genuine efforts have been made to address past human rights abuses, people here are still wary of an army which worked brazenly with the paramilitaries for so long. In Caloto, Col John Mesa’s 14th mobile brigade has seen heavy fighting with the guerrillas. Although he cannot ignore the past, he says the military respects human rights.“Maybe some cases are real,” he says of the accusations.“I cannot be sure because I have never participated. This is an army that has received the most rigorous human rights training in the world.Márquez and Ararat scoff at the notion of a benevolent military and, like the terrorised locals in Buenaventura, they do not feel peace talks will improve their situation.“The government wants to open the door for multinationals and create more misery and displacement and death in our communities,” says Márquez.“We don’t have much hope for this process here. There is no hope at all.”In the 1980s, the construction of the giant Salvajina Dam in the valley below displaced a large number of families. Many moved to higher ground at La Toma, with others destined for a life of misery in urban slums. They have learned a hard lesson, they say. Peace or no peace, there will be no more moving. “These lands are our life, mining is our life,” La Toma’s leaders are agreed. “We have said as a community that we’ll leave these territories, but only when we are dead.”With millions across Colombia living on some of the most sought-after land in the world, the view is widespread that communities in the crosshairs are little more than an afterthought at the talks.“Neither side is telling the truth,” they say at the PCN office in Buenaventura.“Our struggle is about fairness. We live off our own work and the things that we produce in our territories. They just want to exploit the resources. They represent their own economic interests.”
[ed notes;colonel john mesas argument that colombias army has received the most rigorous human rights training in world is orwellian double speak..if by human rights training he means training in counterinsurgency operations thru military advisers and leaders trained at school up assassins at fort benning usa, then sure yes, they have been well trained,in everything from extrajudicial assassinations to eradicating peasant resistance to an exploitative preditory system wich has plundered and mobilized to expropriate their lands for decades..as far as  human rights are concerned, please this is same army who after false positive scandals broke out, threw clown parties for soldiers and their families involved in the process  Clowns, Aromatherapy and Suckling Pig for the 46 Soldiers Charged with ‘False Positives’  A day for the “false positives” suspects   ...anyway also see.. NGO: 'Alarming' link between US aid and 'false positives' - Colombia ... Plan Colombia 101  http://www.cipcol.org/?cat=41
Ban Jews in Hungary: Nuke Pak-Afghan border!
Morton Gyongyosi, leader of Hungary’s third-strongest political party, Jobbik, has called country’s government lead by Prime Minister Viktor Orban to compile a list of Israeli Jews living in Hungary including Jewish members of country’s parliament – as they’s pose “national security risk”.Gyongyosi’s call came after Foreign Ministry State Secretary Zsolt Nemeth said Budapest favoured a peaceful solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict as benefiting both Israelis with Hungarian ancestry, Hungarian Jews and Palestinians in Hungary.Hungarian Jewish groups and the world-wide Zionist press has called Morton Gyongyosi an antisemite and his party Jobbik “far-right” party. The party holds 44 of 386 parliament seats. Incidently, in June 2012, Csanad Szegedi, another top leader of Jobbik Party, had admitted that his grandparents were Jewish, making him a Jew under the Jewish law, even though he doesn’t practice the religion. On Friday, a member of Britain House of Lords, Lord John William Gilbert (born 1927), came up with a Zionist solution to US-NATO’s Pak-Afghan problem. He has advised David Cameron government that the Pakistan-Afghanistan border area which is targeted daily by American drones – “be nuked with neutron bombs in order to control Islamic militants in the region“.Cabinet Office spokesman Baron Wallace of Saltaire said the Government did not share Lord Gilbert’s “rumbustious” views on the sensitive issue. In 2010, Wallace defended fellow Liberal Democrat Baroness Jenny Tonge for calling an investigation into Israeli organ harvesting in Haiti. Early this year, Jenny Tonge irked David Cameron’s government by saying: ‘Israel will not last forever‘.On February 6, 2009, Baron Wallace speaking at the House of Lords said: “If the preservation of Israel can be assured only by massive and disproportionate attacks on its neighbours every few years, it will eventually be impossible to preserve Israel. Israelis cannot guarantee that they will win every time, and the cost of winning to Israeli society and Israel’s reputation in the world and in the United States, on which it vitally depends for continuing support, will be too high.”Lord Gilbert, a Labour Party member, was Tony Blair’s minister of defence procurement. He is staunch proponent of western and Israeli nuclear weapons. No condemnation of Lord Gilbert from the ‘British Friends of Israel’ lobby groups both in the ruling Conservatives and opposition Labour parties.British prime minister David Cameron, who has claimed to have Jewish family roots – is also patron of the Jewish National Fund. On August 5, 2010 – in a speech at British parliament, Cameron made opposition members laugh when he claimed that Iran has nuclear weapons. The leader of Labour opposition party, Ed Milliband, is 100% Jewish and a passionate admirer of Israel.

The Trans-Pacific Partnership: What ‘Free Trade’ Actually Means
“The coming corporate tyranny of the Trans-Pacific Partnership can only be defeated through a democratic movement of Transnational People Power.”
To discuss “free trade agreements” or the “free market,” we must first identify the theoretical versus the functional definitions of these terms – because theoretical definitions look at what those terms should mean, whereas functional definitions look at what the terms mean actually. The theoretical definition of a “free market” is one in which every individual actor in the realm of exchange exists in a state of equality of opportunity; where all compete with one another to produce the best products at the cheapest prices for consumers, thus the most innovative and efficient producers succeed while others fail, unregulated – and unhelped – by the state. Within “free markets,” what we call “free trade agreements” are meant to reduce barriers such as tariffs, subsidies and regulations so that market “competitors” can freely move products and goods across borders and compete in an ever-expanding global “free market.”The functional, or technical, definition of a “free market” is one in which the state regulates the market – the realm of economic exchange and activity – for the benefit of large transnational corporations and banks. Read more ?

Israeli police ‘accidentally’ delete key evidence in Arab teen attack case
Israeli police have reported an accidental loss of key evidence related to the investigation of the August attack on an Arab teenager, which has since become known as “the Jerusalem lynch.”Dozens of hours of video evidence have been mysteriously erased by the Jerusalem police “with no way to retrieve it”, which may enable the lynch attack suspects to get off lightly in court, Israeli media reports.Jamal Julani, 17, and his three friends were attacked by a group of Jewish youths in downtown Jerusalem this August. According to the witnesses, a crowd of youngsters had been singing racist songs and trying to provoke passing Arabs before the attack. A smaller group went looking for a victim to lynch and attacked young Julani on sight, beating him unconscious. The teenager was hospitalized in a critical condition after medics tried to bring him to life with CPR and defibrillators for 10 minutes.Following the incident, ten suspects were arrested and indicted for their alleged involvement in the lynch attack, most of them aged less than 19, two being females. The suspects were charged for incitement to violence and racially motivated aggravated assault.Hours of interrogations have been recorded, but most of that material has been lost due to an errant CD burn process. Only the first hour of each videotaped interview ended up on CDs, while the rest was permanently deleted, a Jerusalem police spokesperson later reported. Both the police and the Justice Ministry refused to comment further on the incident. The defense reacted by calling for “throwing out” the indictments against the suspects as the investigative footage is no longer available. “The destruction of the investigation materials by the police is another indication of the negligent way the police carried out the investigation for this incident,” Ariel Atari, a lawyer for one of the suspects said, according to the Jerusalem Post. The victim’s family were shocked by the announcement, believing police officers to have purposefully lost the footage. “I think the police want to play a dirty trick to have the evidence disappear in order to drop the whole case,” the teen’s father said.Julani’s mother went on to accuse the Israeli police of encouraging attacks on Arabs. “It’s a message that the police are green lighting attacks on Arabs because ultimately the suspects are released and evidence against them is deleted,” she said, quoted by Ynet news.
France now grants a million and a half dollars to continue the genocide against the Syrian people by thru foreign mercenaries http://www.kaosenlared.net/component/k2/item/38837-denuncian-a-grupos-mercenarios-en-siria-de-masacres-contra-la-infancia.html?tmpl=component&print=1 Speaking to Iranian HispanTv channel, which broadcasts from Tehran, President of the International Committee of Islamic Human Rights Sergio Tapia, said that the field of international human rights, the United Nations justify crimes against humanity against people of Syria by mercenaries from 11 foreign countries.under cover of human rights, the human rights of the imperialist powers, not human rights of the Syrian people, I say. The systematic use of executions, beheadings, dismemberment, torture, burn victims, against children, women, elderly men, is the common way the mercenaries sponsored from abroad are killing, most of the victims are women and children are killed in the eyes of the world.Faisal Sergio Tapia, a leading human rights defender says Islamic mercenaries drawn to groups funded among others by the French government with a million and a half dollars is on the record, as responsible for crimes against humanity, for example where civilians kidnapped in the city Homs, killed and mutilated their bodies, and then film them and show to the international press, planting false evidence, performing crimes and massacres and war propaganda. Mercenary groups rebel attack, kill, torture, burn houses intimidating civilians. The flow of all kinds of terrorists from some neighboring countries continues to rise on the borders with Syria. Finally Faisal Sergio Tapia, asks the Iranian television network, why the United Nations is condemning Syria and has not condemned the massacre of Palestinian children in Gaza committed by the Zionist Israeli army?, Where are the human rights of Palestinian children ?, or human rights of Syrian children, massacred by mercenaries?

(1) US Ambassador ransoms aid for passage of Public-Private Partnerships Law
...But Salvadoran social and labor movement leaders see the initiative as an effort to disguise deeply unpopular privatizations as ‘development.’ Salvadoran economist Raul Moreno describes the law as a “modality of associating pubic companies with private capital, principally foreign investments, as a new way to push this neoliberal model that in El Salvador and throughout the world has demonstrated its demise.” He considers the PPP Law a mechanism to bring profits to foreign, and principally US corporations, diverting revenue from the state into private hands at the expense of public services and public sector workers. Ambassador Aponte protests that “public-private partnerships do not imply privatizations,” but the Salvadoran labor and social movements disagree. Jose Alberto Cartagena Tobias, a leader in the Airport Workers Union (SITEAIES), fears that the law’s passage would bring union-busting, wage cuts and flexibilization to public sector jobs. “For us,” he says, “Public-private partnerships are nothing more than privatization.”Funds for infrastructure like the proposed $300 million in the FOMILENIO II project are scarce in El Salvador, where the tax system already provides generous breaks for private, and especially foreign, businesses. This is not the first time that US officials have leveraged these much needed funds for their political and economic interests. In July this year, US senators threatened FOMILENIO II funds in order to influence an internal political conflict playing out in El Salvador at the time. And the Partnership for Growth agreement has also been used by the US before in order to pressure for leadership changes in El Salvador’s Ministry of Security.Ambassador Aponte’s latest statements undermine the Salvadoran Legislative Assembly’s sovereign duty to respond to their constituents’ interests when approving legislation. The US government is effectively holding the FOMILENIO II funds ransom for the approval of a law that would allow for the investment of those funds on the US’s terms – terms that would make the global 1% wealthier at the expense of Salvadoran working families.(2) Public Private Partnership in El Salvador: Get the facts
The United States government is aggressively pushing a Public Private Partnership (P3) law in El Salvador that workers, labor experts, and economists say will bring nothing more than lay-offs, lower wages, union busting, and higher costs for public services. PRO PALESTINIAN SUPPORT IN LATIN AMERICA
A Mexican group protested at the Angel of Independence in Mexico City on Nov. 20, and another demonstration was held in front of the Israeli embassy. Activists were planning a further show of support for the Palestinians in front of the United Nations (UN) office in Mexico City on Nov. 27, two days before Palestinian National Authority president Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) is scheduled to ask the UN General Assembly for observer status for Palestine. (Adital (Brazil) 11/22/12) Hundreds of Colombians and resident Palestinians demonstrated at the Israeli embassy in Bogotá on Nov. 20; the protest tied up traffic in the city center for about two hours. A protest in Managua the next day by Nicaraguans, resident Palestinians and US citizen Nan McCurry targeted the US embassy. “I’m asking the government of my country to stop supporting Israel so that this war will end immediately,” McCurry said in a brief speech. (People’s Daily 11/21/12, 11/21/12A number of Arab and Palestinian groups, with the support of Brazil’sUnified Workers’ Central (CUT), are holding a Free Palestine World Social Forum in Porto Alegre in southern Brazil from Nov. 28 to Dec. 1. The goal is “to consolidate and strengthen the international solidarity movement for the rights of the Palestinians.” (Adital (Brazil) 11/20/12)
Our Resistance: An Interview With Rafael Cancel Miranda
Rafael Cancel Miranda is an iconic figure in his beloved Puerto Rico. Part of the nationalist commando attack on the U.S. Congress in 1954, he served 25 years in prison with his comrades until pardoned and released by President Carter in 1979 amid intense international pressure. Coming from a staunch nationalist family background, Cancel Miranda is now the elder statesman of the Puerto Rican independence movement, providing guidance and at times fiery motivation. Though living in a society politically divided among supporters of statehood, Commonwealth, and independence, Cancel Miranda is consistently approached by people on the street of all political persuasions who express admiration and respect. His longevity, involvement, and knowledge of Puerto Rican politics and its legendary leaders make him a central figure to understand when examining the question of Puerto Rico’s independence.González Cruz asserts that Puerto Rican revolutionary nationalism has sustained an effective cultural and political resistance through the use of propaganda armada (armed struggle), political participation in the diaspora, and capturing the attention of the international community at various forums. What thoughts can you share on this? The stronger our Boricuas are in U.S. exile, the stronger our struggle. As [pro-independence activist Juan Antonio] Corretjer put it, we are Puerto Rican even if born on the moon, and there are Puerto Ricans living in Chicago, New York, or any part of the United States, and they continue being Puerto Rican—this is their homeland, we are one nation. The colonial question has forced many to leave without really wanting to. One of the reasons I am talking to you here in my home in Río Piedras is thanks to those Boricuas in the United States from the FALN who in their communiqués demanded the freedom of the five nationalists, and I am one of them. The book speaks about Filiberto Ojeda Ríos’s belief that revolutionary violence is a response to state violence, about conquering state power, and that this implies a transformation of the country so that everyone would be able to participate in the democratic process. What thoughts can you share on this?
First, Ojeda Ríos was a man of peace, but of peace with justice. If someone violently attacks your loved ones, then that gives you the right to defend them with violence by any means necessary, right? But in this system, the only ones who have the right to use violence are the powerful and their lackeys, not the people. When the people defend themselves, they are terrorists, but the powerful can commit all kinds of abuses against the people, like recently the clubbing of the young students [protesting neo-liberal education policies] in Canovanas, mere high school kids. But that is not considered violence by the state; that is just “democratic violence.” I agree with Ojeda Ríos that revolutionary violence is a product of reactionary violence—the violence of the powerful who want to dominate and exploit the world. I also agree with his call for the unity of all our patriotic forces. The more united we are, the stronger we are; the more divided we are, the weaker we are. Ojeda Ríos constantly called for the unity of our patriotic groups. It is not a whim but a necessity if we wish to save ourselves as a people.
What is the major obstacle to obtain that unity?Colonialism itself. Colonialism creates frustration and confusion. It’s difficult to defeat because it is a creation of the very same colonial system that divides us. Sometimes they install people within the movement to divide us. Sometimes there is frustration, but we should never get frustrated because we are fighting for something worthwhile. We must see ourselves as brothers. Fidel [Castro] recently said something that I enjoyed very much: “We can be friends although we have our differences.” Sometimes we forget that and we become our own worst enemies instead of fighting the real enemy.Today they have even more methods to control even our psyches through the almost complete control of the media. They want to transform the schools into nests of yanqui assimilation so that people lose their identity as Boricuas. They are de–Puerto Ricanizing us. But in spite of 114 years of colonialism, and all of this, there are still young people who struggle. I have said it a thousand times in different countries I have visited, like Nicaragua, Mexico, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic. I am proud of my people because the struggle continues even though they have come at us with everything in order to decimate us as a people. The book discusses several victories won throughout the modern history of Puerto Rico’s independence movement, including the popular struggles to end the U.S. Navy’s use of Vieques island as a bombing range, to release political prisoners, to end corruption in the pro-statehood party, and to protect the Valley of Lajas from its use as a Navy radar site. What connection do you see between these victories and the assassination of Ojeda Ríos and other actions they have taken against the people? This is what the U.S. government always does when they see a people who are rising up. They try to terrorize them. They have seen that there have been victories and that thousands of people are willing to march for the freedom of the prisoners. The Vieques campaign demonstrated that people were not afraid to struggle. So they had to use what they always use: the mafia, the gun, to instill fear. But despite all they have done to terrorize the people, this country is no longer terrified.

ZIONISTS GCC AND OIC DEFEND ZIONIST BAHRAINS CRIMES
Protests erupted in Manama following religious services on the Shi’a holy day of Ashura. Witnesses said roughly 400 people from Diya village marched toward the Bahraini capital in an attempt to reach Pearl Square, previously a central gathering point of the anti-government movement. Riot police deployed tear gas and stun grenades to disperse protesters. The interior minister described the protesters as a “group of vandals” who “blocked the road, hurled petrol bombs, and terrified passers-by.” Pearl Square has been cordoned off and authorities are continuing to ban protests in the face of growing violence.Meanwhile, GCC ambassadors praised Bahrain’s charitable and humanitarian projects. The comments came after GCC Ministers from the Joint Defense Council condemned violence by the Bahraini opposition and discussed the possibility of joint military and defense action, according to Bahrain’s state information agency. Additionally, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation welcomedwhat it called “efforts by the government in Bahrain to strengthen the reform process” and expressed optimism “that the reform process would support national reconciliation.”
The Prison Camp and the Fascist State
“What it feels like to live here you ask? It’s like being a shadow of your own, caught on the ground, not being able to break out and you see yourself lying there, but you cannot fill the shadow with life”.
- The words of a 17 year-old Palestinian boy in an Israeli prison camp.Unlike any prison camp or Concentration Camp, Gaza is the largest, most crowded and inhumane “open air” prison camp on earth. For nearly a decade, the Camp has been under Israeli military siege. Periodically, the Camp comes under barbaric attacks by the Israeli army to terrorise the Palestinian population and instil fear in the Camp. There are some 1.7 million (Muslim and Christian) Palestinians crammed into the 1.40 square miles Camp. Most of the Palestinians (51% are younger than 18 years) are refugees who have been ethnically cleansed from their land by the Israeli fascist regime. The Camp is under Israeli military blockade from land, sea, and air. In addition to an electronic fence and remote-controlled guns mounted on Israeli watch towers around the camp, the Israeli army enforces a 300 to 500-meter-wide “no-go zone” or “buffer zone” inside the full length of the Camp. Palestinians cannot enter the zone, but the Israeli army is in-and-out of the zone as often as they like murdering Palestinians and destroying homes, schools water and sanitation facilities, sewage pumping station and agricultural crops. The entire population of the Camp is on the verge of starvation. Thanks to a vicious policy of collective punishment imposed by the Israeli fascist regime and unconditionally supported and financed by the U.S. and the European governments (EU) in violation of Article 33 of the Fourth 1949 Geneva Convention The policy of “putting the Palestinians on a diet but not to make them die of hunger” is criminal even by the Nazis’ standard. Some prominent Jews have likened the Camp to the Warsaw Ghetto under the Nazis. It is worse than a Concentration Camp under the Nazi; it is a normalised (in Western conscience) Concentration Camp.A recent report by the UN, Gaza in 2020, argues that the Camp will no longer be ‘a liveable place’ in 2020. Another report, Gaza’s Children: Falling Behind by the UK-based charities, Save the Children and Medical Aid for Palestinians found that, “anaemia [a dietary iron deficiency] is widespread in the Camp, affecting over two-thirds of infants, 58.6 per cent of schoolchildren, and over a third of pregnant mothers”. In addition, more than ten per cent of Palestinian children under 5 have had their growth stunted by malnutrition. According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), the most serious consequences of anaemia, including “poor pregnancy outcome, impaired physical and cognitive development, increased risk of morbidity in children and reduced work productivity in adults. Anaemia contributes to 20 per cent of all maternal deaths”. As Anne McClintock, a Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison writes; “Death by siege is like death by cancer; it is slow and invisible. Death by siege wreaks its havoc over generations. What is called “slow violence” is the “attrition devastation” of society that takes place gradually over time and space. “Slow violence may be less visible, less media-sensational but enacts a toll no less lethal and lasting for being slow and out of sight”. Like the policy of Nazi Germany, “Israel's policy is that of a monstrous sadist, a sadist who finds hideous pleasure in subjecting its victims to pain that lasts a lifetime … This is evil of an unusual kind, evil that delights in its own cruelty, evil that seeks no end other than the satisfaction of watching its victims suffer for years on end, with a glimmer of hope offered now and then -- but solely for the purpose of making the suffering to come even more painful”, writes Arthur Silber.
MeK fully supports Israel, worry of blocking Salafists' road to Syria MeK fully supports Israel, worry of blocking Salafists' road to Syria
The Zionist Regime attacked the 1.7 million Gaza Palestinians who are already living under an Israeli occupation and blockade. Having assassinated Ahmed Jabari, the head of Hamas' armed wing, on November 14, Israel expanded the scope of its attacks, attacking Gaza from land, air and sea and killing everyone indiscriminately.
As of Wednesday last week (up to Nov 6 morning), the number of casualties has risen to 130. And there were about 1100 people wounded in the attacks. The dead include innocent infants, whose bodies were pierced with Israeli shells.Yet, the terrorist group MeK by issuing a statement attempted to purge the Zionist Regime and in a strange and irrelevant claimed: "the war in Gaza is part of the Regime's [the Iranian Government'] plan to export crisis out." http://www.ncr-iran.org/en/ncri-statements/terrorism/12427-the-iranian-resistance-condemns-iraqi-government-incursion-to-iraqi-kurdistan-and-recognizes-that-as-mullahs-attempt-to-save-assad Rajavi's gang support for the Zionist Regime and their effort to purge its crimes are synchronized with the group's stance on legal measures of Iraqi government to control the borders with Syria, a move that prevents Salafist insurgents and remnants of Saddam, who are now fighting Assad Government under the command of Al Qaeda, to cross into Syria. It is considerable that the MeK leadership has made clear her concern over this measure of Iraqi government.Rajavi remnants that on every occasion inveigh Nouri Maliki, who tossed them out of Camp Ashraf, this time in the guise of defending rights of the Kurds in Iraq, are seeking to provoke some Kurdish groups' opposition with Iraqi government to realize aims of the Ba'athists in destabilizing Iraq through weakening the government and exacerbating internal divisions. Secretary of Iran's Human Rights Council Mohammad Javad Larijani censured UN Special Reporter on Human Rights in Iran Ahmed Shaheed for his hasty and biased approach towards Iran, and said he is after forging documents against the human rights conditions in Iran."Ahmed Shaheed is after forging documents against Iran and in one case he has said 'we will pay the travel costs of anyone who has a document against Iran to help him come to Berlin, Paris and London to disclose the documents to us; it is very well clear that these allegations are in depth aimed at forging documents," Larijani said in a press conference in Tehran on Tuesday. "In another case, Ahmed Shaheed also claimed that he had collected 2,000 complaints and wanted to investigate them during his three-day visit to Iran; no common sense can accept that investigating 2,000 cases and human rights violation claims can be done in three days," he added. He called on human rights bodies to choose impartial rapporteurs for missions in different countries, specially Iran, since "Ahmed Shaheed is nothing but an actor". UN Special Reporter for Human Rights in Iran Ahmed Shaheed presented his report on Iran to the UN Human Rights Council based on the allegations made by the western powers and the Islamic Republic opposition parties in exile and without even paying a single visit to the country. The report is solely based on claims of 221 people that were questioned from November 2011 to July 2012. Based on those claims Shaheed has accused Iran of human rights violations. Shaheed presented the report at the Third Committee of the General Assembly on October 24. Iranian officials have said before that Ahmed Shaheed has only parroted the unfounded allegations raised by anti-revolution elements against Iran since he had been tasked with accusing Iran. "Since the very first day that Mr. Ahmad Shaheed was introduced as the United Nations rapporteur (on Iran) we guessed that he was a an American agent, but his later reports assured us that he has been assigned to this mission by the US," Chairman of the Iranian parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Alaeddin Boroujerdi told FNA in October. "Ahmed Shaheed contacts anti-revolution elements instead of Iranian authorities to receive information and to prepare his reports, and acts in harmony with the Americ ans when compiling reports (on Iran)," he added.

MOSSAD FRONT DEBKA SAYS ZIO BACKED REBELS DESTROYED SYRIAS RADARS DIRECTED AT  ISRAHELL  ... US-led NATO intervention begins in Syria war. Patriots in Turkey http://www.debka.com/article/22566/Syrian-rebels-destroy-Assad’s-radar-station-facing-Israel
Tuesday, Nov. 27, the Middle East military spotlight swung around from Gaza to the Syrian war with steps for the start of US and NATO intervention in that conflict. Without spelling this out, a game changer began unfolding when a joint Turkish-NATO team began making a site survey for the deployment of Patriot Air and Missile Defense Systems, manned by American military teams. The team, said the statement from Ankara, will assess where to station the missiles and how many would be needed. It reiterated that the system is “for defensive purposes” and not for a “no-fly zone or offensive operations,” but just for use “against an air or missile threat from Syria.”However, the Patriots in combination with already installed elements of the missile shield, will command an area beyond the Turkish-Syrian border - all of northern Syria up to and including the embattled towns of Aleppo and Homs, DEBKAfile’s military sources report.Their presence will impede the operations of Assad’s most effective and lethal means of war against the rebels in that region – air force bombardment. The positioning of US anti-missile missiles in Turkey coincides with the rebels’ success in destroying the Assad regime’s key air and radar stations in southern Syria and along the Jordanian border. The two thrusts add up to a coordinated military effort in northern and southern Syria to seize control of the skies in both regions from Assad’s control and push his forces back into central Syria.A part of the US-Turkish plan affects Israel. Monday, DEBKAfile reported exclusively that in a resounding blow to Bashar Assad's ability to fight external enemies, Syrian rebels had destroyed the Assad regime’s most important electronic warning radar station facing Israel – M-1 – Monday, Nov. 26.This Russian-built station monitored Israeli warplanes' takeoff and landing activities at air bases in the Negev and Hatzerim in the south and tracked them up to the Syrian border. The facility was designed to guide Syrian missiles targeting any point on the Israeli map, in sync with air defense facilities south of Damascus and on the Golan Heights. The radar’s range also covered naval movements in Mediterranean waters off the shores of Israel and Lebanon.Western military sources told DEBKAfile that the destruction of this vital facility has blinded the two eyes which Syrian air, air defense and missile forces had trained on Israel. It has therefore crippled, though not completely dismantled, Bashar Assad’s ability to got to war against Israel, Jordan or Saudi Arabia.M-1 radar also swept all parts of Jordan and northern Saudi Arabia where the important Tabuk air base is situated. Deployed there in addition to the Saudi Air Force are French fighter-bombers ready to go to war against Syria.M-1 also relayed current data on Israeli military movements to Hizballah and would have been a vital source of intelligence in a potential Lebanese Shiites offensive against the Jewish state. The Syrian ruler and his spokesmen have frequently threatened since the eruption of the popular insurrection that if Assad had his back to the wall, the entire Middle East would go up in flames, especially Israel. In the last two days, the Syrian rebels have made additional gains: They were able to capture areas abutting on the Jordanian border, excepting only the Ramtha border crossing. They also seized the Marj al-Sultan military air field southeast of Damascus and adjoining Syrian Army 4th Brigade bases. Most of the men of the 82nd Infantry Brigade guarding M-1 were killed in the fighting, fled or were taken prisoner.
