Chaderton Matos: USA grants certificates of 'honesty'' to any old anti-Chavist landing in Miami http://www.pr-inside.com/usa-grants-certificates-of-honesty-to-r1958155.htm

In a scathing attack on fugitive Globovision major shareholder, Guillermo Zuloaga, Venezuelan Ambassador to the Organization of American States (OAS), Roy Chaderton Matos has declared that the USA grants a certificate of honesty to any silly old anti-Chavist that turns up shouting persecution, persecution.

Referring to the latest debate in US House of Representatives in which members of the Organization of American States were summonsed to a congressional hearing, Chaderton Matos raised his arms to the heavens, saying it was "flagrant violation of the OAS's much-acclaimed autonomy and independence."

The summons, he said, is a clear demonstration of the "indecorous imperial practice" of granting "certificates of honesty and credibility to any Venezuelan offender or criminal who comes forward as an anti-Chavist."

The OAS, he continued, is a spent force and the Inter American Human Rights Commission (IAHRC) is being run by "mafioso bureaucrats that negotiate human rights under strictly political terms."The Ambassador lambasted the IAHRC for its silence and complicity in the 2002 coup against President Chavez. The "artificial IAHRC denunciations" against the Venezuelan government, he contended, have a tendency to become more frequent during electoral periods.
