Anti-US demostrations in Baghdad to condemn US occupition of their country http://www.moqavemat.com/?a=content.id&id=20071

The Iraqi people gathered at Al-Tahrir Square in Baghdad, on Friday, setting ablaze the US flag, and urging the immediate pullout of all US occupation forces from this war-shattered country by the end of the year 2011. The demonstrators also denounced the controversial allegations of a few political parties about the disintegration of Iraq.The Al-Tahrir Square in Baghdad and different squares throughout Iraqi cities have been the scene of anti-US demonstrations as of February 25. Furthermore, the Iraqi nomads and a number of Iraqi lawmakers, who had attended the conference on anniversary of Iraqi revolution against Britain, emphasized upon the withdrawal of US occupiers from their country. Currently, 47,000 US occupation forces are stationed in Iraq.
