This video was filmed in September 2007 in New York, at the margins of the United Nations General Assembly, by an Israeli television channel (Channel 10). It shows the meeting of Tzipi Livni, then foreign minister of the Zionist entity, and Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, Emir of Qatar, visibly embarrassed by the presence of a camera within the Israeli delegation. This diplomatic meeting between the two countries was not the first, according to Tzipi Livni: “This is the first meeting with the Emir. Until now, all the meetings were with the Prime Minister….” Curiously, the Qatari channel Al Jazeera, which is supposed to inform the Arab world about this kind of information, was completely silent on the subject…
