The size of the crimes and violations committed by the sons of the King of Bahrain against the citizens who participated in the public protests are revealed day after day.The Bahraini opposition websites, quoting from well-informed sources, reported that one of the princes of the ruling family in Bahrain has tortured one of the detainees in the government’s prisons until he was almost going to die because of the severe treatment, according to Sheikh Habib Al-Miqdad. The sources added that “Sheikh Habib Al-Miqdad told the son of the detainee ‘Mohammed Jawad’ that your father was severely tortured at the hands of ‘Prince Nasser Bin Hamad’ and he was almost going to kill him because of the severity of the torture while your father was repeating verses from the Quran”.

Those websites, quoting from Hussein Jawad- the son of the detainee Mohammed Jawad, stated that Hussein saw his father semi-paralyzed and unable to move because of the brutal torture he suffered, and yet his father said: “I am proud because I cannot move because of the torture I was subjected to for the sake of the people and I am very comfortable psychologically because I feel that I have done something for you”. Sheikh Nasser is an officer in the Bahraini armed forces and he heads the Bahrain Olympic Committee. He is married to the daughter of the Vice President of the Arab Emirates, Dubai leader, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum.
