NEARLY 200 PROJECTS FOR EMERGENCY SOCIAL INVESTMENT IN NICARAGUA  http://www.namnewsnetwork.org/v2/read.php?id=177464  Nicaragua will implement nearly 200 projects through the Emergency Social Investment Fund during 2012 in order to provide sanitation, water, latrines and ecological toilets to several communities, reported Rosario Murillo, who is the coordinator of the Communication and Citizenship Council.The country also plans to continue the construction of wells and multiply the reach of rural water supply schemes, stated Murillo to the Multinoticias TV show Canal 4.She stressed that Nicaragua is also making progress in the distribution of materials to repair homes, as well as title deeds, microcredits and food production vauchers, as a result of a government policy to restore the citizens'rights, neglected by three successive neoliberal administrations in 1990-2007
