OPPOSITION PARTY MEMBER AND NICARAGUAN EX MILITARY COMMANDER EXPOSES US PLOT http://albatv.org/Militar-opositor-revela-plan.html According to Boitano, who has asked authorities police protection against threats from leaders of the PLI-MRS Alliance, agents of the U.S. Embassy targeted for acts of violence perpetrated by minority groups before during and after the elections.US officials identified by the ex-Colonel are Dalier Spat and Arthur Nat, among others. These officials, in turn, would have "given support" to the right-wing spokespersons Hugo Torres Jiménez, Carlos Brenes, Eduardo Montealegre, Fabio Gadea Mantilla, Irving Dávila, Víctor Hugo Tinoco, Eliseo Núñez, Edmundo Jarquín, Roberto Sancan, Maximino Rodriguez and Santiago Aburto, among others, according to Boitano.Speaking with reporters after reading his letter, Boitano noted the head of campaign of the PLI-MRS, Eliseo Núñez, was the "link" with the United States Embassy. He also claimed that he had received proposals from the US Embassy to travel to that country and report a supposed ellection "rigging".The former Colonel asserted that the details of the plan have been communicated to the relevant authorities.Boitano Coleman said that, despite the fact that he does not share the political orientation of the Government, in Nicaragua you can win left as much as you can do it with right, but not contempt against the will of the vast majority of Nicaraguans. Then the statement read by Victor Boitano:I would like to turn to the Nicaraguan people, I'm doing a national and international political denunciation of destabilization of the 2011 general election plans, before, during and after their results by the PLI-MRS staff in the Embassy of the United States in North America and members of alleged agencies of Civil society. These activities of political destabilization of the PLI-MRS is the platform driven by officials of the Embassy of the United States of America, Dalier Spat, Arthur Nat, among others, operating in the country and give attention to Mr Hugo Torres Jiménez, Carlos Brenes, Eduardo Montealegre, Fabio Gadea Mantilla, Irving Dávila, Víctor Hugo Tinoco, Eliseo Núñez, Edmundo Jarquín, Roberto SancanMaximino Rodriguez and Santiago Aburto, among others. These American gentlemen and the leadership of the PLI-MRS articulated actions that resulted from a single plan of destabilization, consisting of destabilizing the country, discredit and malign the Supreme Electoral Council (CSE) and their officers, promote violence, mainly by sabotaging the identification and torpedoing to electoral management bodies in the territories, directing its actions primarily in the North of the country, in the towns of San Fernando, Siuna, taxes, Rosita, Mulukuku, Río Blanco and Matiguas, etc.During elections blocked and prevented from the transfer of electoral materials, retain routes with personnel and documents and burning many of the ballots, created confusion about the election results to the population, once the vote established embezzlement and violent demonstrations with the aim of mobilizing large numbers of his followers and manipulated population, all against the facilities of the ESCPolice and army. These officials have carried out these actions in order to convince in a very distorted way, Nicaraguan should be aware of the actions of the PLI-MRS.I have stated that, these officials, plotted to get me out of Nicaragua with my family and go to the United States of America to denounce the Government of President Daniel Ortega Saavedra and to denounce the electoral process to the international community. It is no secret that I have always said that I am a patriot, that I am a soldier, that I believe in my country and believe in my nation and I will not provide never to leave my country to speak against the people and the Nicaraguan State. The financing of these destabilizing plans against the State of Nicaragua, have been made through the following North American agencies: the NED, National Endowment for democracy, which have been used to the IRI (Institute Republican) and also the Institute democratic (NDI).These agencies have managed funds of approximately 30 million dollars a year, mainly used in Nicaragua to finance alleged agencies of civil society and the PLI-MRS.I hope that with this complaint and unmasking of these plans of destabilization, Nicaraguan authorities and established international agencies can intervene to put an end to all these speeches and fabrications against the people of Nicaragua, which has been democratically elected their representatives. It is not fair that this effort against the Nicaraguan people, who has been reaping peace and stability and has been investing in democracy, prosperity, and reconciliation allows this continual sabotaging.I would ask the Nicaraguan authorities their protection, given that I've felt threatened to denounce all these plans of destabilization of the PLI-MRS and members of the staff of the Embassy of the United States of America.Thank you and God bless Nicaragua.
