LA PAZ, April 29 (NNN-Prensa Latina): The Association of Relatives of Disappeared and Martyrs of Democracy presented to the Bolivian president, Evo Morales, the draft Law on the Truth Commission, to do justice to missing people during dictatorships.“ We just had a meeting with Morales, where we introduced a bill that has been planned since 2010,” president of that association, Luis Aparicio, told the Bolivian Information Agency.He said that the purpose of the rule is that the relatives of those missing get punishment for the perpetrators and instigators of crimes against humanity.According to the Permanent Assembly for Human Rights there are 154 Bolivian registered as disappeared.Aparicio said the law will do justice to hundreds of families who contributed to the restoration of democracy, where process of change was built.
