Deputy Michel Aoun said on Friday that he had never called for an absolute protection for the Syrian regime, but for a fair ruling system which essentially relied on dialogue among all political sides. "Bashar Assad is the one who is still calling for dialogue at the time that the Syrian opposition refuses dialogue by an encouragement from Western states."The Reform and Change Bloc head, General Michel Aoun, received Friday in Ottawa a delegation of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party. The delegation, for its part, considered what was known as "Arab Spring" as the "spring of chaos" that would only serve Israel.
