COMMANDER: IRANIAN MISSILES CAN HIT 2,000 ENEMY BASES
A senior advisor to the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces has cautioned enemy states about Iran's military power, saying that a number of 2,000 enemy bases are within the reach of the Iranian military."Iran has now reached to a point of progress that can target 2,000 enemy bases within a range of 2,000km," General Morteza Qorbani said.He stressed Iran's determination to withstand enemy pressures, relying on its military might and achievements. In a similar remarks last month, a senior Iranian commander said the distance between Iran and Israel is the maximum range that Tehran wants for its missiles, saying that Iran does not need missiles with a longer range."We don't need missiles with over 2000km but we have the technology to build them," Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh told reporters in December."Israel is our longest-range target," the commander underscored.
