!!!A Treasure of Information in Syrian Hands
A treasure of information in the hands of the Syrian authorities: He is the dissident Captain Riad al-Ahmad. The man’s disappearance is part of a series of disappearances that governed the ranks of officers who had defected from the Syria Army, and took from Turkey headquarters for operations against their country. In details, the first officer who defected from the Syrian Army, Capt. Riad al-Ahmad disappeared from Antioch in Turkey.According to al-Ahed news site, “al-Ahmad, the first Syrian officer to flee to Turkey, disappeared on Tuesday 29 of January, after arriving in Antioch coming from Ankara on a field mission to support armed groups operating inside Syria under the command of an operation room inside the Turkish territory.”“The dissident Syrian captain had an appointment with weapon dealers and smugglers in a cemetery near one of the Turkish-Kurdish villages on the border with Syria,” the sources said, and noted that “as he headed by a taxi car to the cemetery, the man disappeared and didn’t show up.”Meanwhile, Syrian Kurdish opposition groups, active on the borders with Turkey, highlighted that “al-Ahmad was trapped by the Syrian Air intelligence, which received him from the armed Turkish regime loyalists in Syria .”It is worth mentioning that the dissident captain is close to the Salafi Sheikh Adnan Aeraour and he left Syria for Turkey after the Banias Battle in 2011. Al-Ahmad also enjoys the great confidence of the regional countries supporting the armed groups in Syria, especially Turkey. In parallel, he is on the top of the wanted list by the Syrian authorities and army. Thus, arresting him alive from Turkey is considered a great achievement to the Syrian Air Force Intelligence. He is simply a treasure of information that the Syria needs in its war.
This comes as Syrian Kurdish opposition sources informed that “There exits in Turkey people called The Basaharians [Bashar Loyalists ].”
“They are Arab Turks, loyal to the regime of President Bashar al-Assad. These have many times trapped Syrian rebels from Turkey to Syria,” they added. Moreover, they mentioned that dissident Capt. Riad al-Ahmad was transferred through the Kasab border area between Syria and Turkey. “
