UK Man Wins Court Case Against BBC For 9-11 WTC 7 Cover Up
■ Tony Rooke refused to pay a TV license fee because the BBC intentionally misrepresented facts about the 9/11 attacks, he alleged. It is widely known that the BBC reported the collapse of World Trade Center Building 7 over 20 minutes before it occurred. WTC 7 was a 47-story skyscraper that was not hit by a plane on 9/11 but collapsed at free-fall speed later that day.
■ So Rooke said the BBC had to have had prior knowledge to a terror attack making them complicit in the attack. He presented the BBC footage to the judge along with a slew of other evidence, and the judge agreed that Rooke had a reasonable case to protest. Rooke was found not guilty and he was not fined for failure to pay the licensing fee.
■ For all intents and purposes a UK ccourt has just ruled that the BBC was complicit in the september 11th, 2001 attacks in the United States. Fantastic. A small victory but a huge symbolic victory and one you would have never otherwised have heard of.

“The Quran is a very sensible book. If you read it, frankly it makes a whole lot of sense regarding their interpretation of Jesus who they look to as a prophet. And obviously the Abrahamic lineage from Abraham to Moses are all very much respected in the Quran,” Stone said (emphasis added). Revealing opinions in line with so-called 9/11 “truthers,” Stone said, “9/11 was probably an inside job of some kind that it was not simply a rag-tag group of terrorists led by bin Laden who conducted this operation.” Speaking to an interviewer who expressed sympathy for his opinions, Stone called the U.S. war on terror in response to the attacks on the U.S. homeland “over a decade of constant fear mongering and aggression.”

The websites reported that the Salafist preacher Sheikh Omar Bakri Fostock participated in the conference, titled “The Islamic Forum for Estranged Sunnis in Lebanon.” Meanwhile, al-Qaeda’s black flags — bearing the expression, "There is no god except God and Muhammad is the Messenger of God" — were raised in the Marj Zhour square in ​​the Abi Samra district of Tripoli. In an exclusive interview with Al-Monitor on July 30, 2013, Bakri said that he “refuses to describe any person raising the black flag of the Messenger of God as an al-Qaeda member, a terrorist or a takfiri, in addition to other descriptions used by some to justify the arrests of supporters of the Syrian revolution in Lebanon.” Bakri added, “Nowadays, no one can stop us from carrying these black flags, the flags of the noble Prophet. This project is the result of a cultural, educational and social demand; and it also aims at discussing the (((Islamic ummah [[[outside of Lebanon]]]]] [[[[and our relationship with it.]]]]]”))))Bakri, who does not hide his sympathy and support for al-Qaeda and Jabhat al-Nusra in Syria, told Al-Monitor that al-Qaeda does not have a presence in Lebanon, just as there is no presence for Jabhat al-Nusra at the organizational level. He explained, “If al-Qaeda had a presence in Lebanon, I would have announced it. Moreover, the organizations that do exist [in Lebanon] include several Islamic movements supporting the Syrian revolution, but which have nothing to do with Jabhat al-Nusra.”Bakri is a Syrian national from Aleppo who is also a Lebanese citizen and resides in the city of Tripoli. He is the leader of the Al-Muhajiroun Organization, officially disbanded by the British authorities in October 2000. After 20 years in London, he was deported to Lebanon in 2005 on charges of helping terrorists. The British daily Telegraph reported on May 24, 2013, that Michael Adebolajo, who executed the Woolwich attack that led to the death of a British soldier in May 2013, knew Bakri and had listened to one of his lectures in which he said that the beheading of enemies is permissible. Moreover, Bakri praised Adebolajo’s courage.
On the other hand, the Lebanese Military Court had sentenced Bakri to life imprisonment in November 2010, after convicting him of the crime of participating in the formation of the terrorist group, Fatah al-Islam, that aimed to carry out terrorist attacks by explosives, to transfer weapons and ammunition and to train terrorists. Bakri was released two weeks after his arrest, but his case has not closed yet.When asked about the presence of armed Islamic groups in northern Lebanon and about the ongoing battles in Tripoli, Bakri said that these battles are fought on behalf of the March 8 and March 14 coalitions’ forces, indicating that some political figures supported these armed groups. “I am sure there are radical extremist ideologies refusing the other and using violence, just like secular movements who do not accept the other as well. This is due to Hezbollah’s open intervention in the Syrian situation, which aggravated the situation in Lebanon, thus rendering it more likely to host the Islamic emirate,” continued Bakri.

He added, “In two or three operations, [al-Qaeda] can make the Baath party run away.”]]]]]In December 2012, Lebanese Defense Minister Fayez Ghosn confirmed the presence of al-Qaeda members in Lebanon, and said that weapons and some al-Qaeda members were being smuggled into Lebanon through illegal border crossings between Syria and Lebanon, particularly in the Lebanese border town of Arsal.  
Yet, Ghosn was targeted by media campaigns orchestrated by the March 14 forces.Lebanese security and political sources believe that Ghosn confirmed the presence of al-Qaeda in Lebanon based on reports by the Lebanese army's Intelligence Directorate.Elias Farhat, a retired army general, confirmed to Al-Monitor the presence of al-Qaeda and Jabhat al-Nusra in Lebanon, and noted the role of some related groups in North Lebanon.Sheikh Hussam al-Sabbagh, who was accused by the Lebanese authorities of forming a Salafist group and of having links with Fatah al-Islam in 2007, is currently responsible for a group of hundreds of gunmen in Tripoli, who are involved in the battles against the Alawite-majority Jabal Mohsen neighborhood. While some describe Sabbagh as being the first commander of Salafist jihadists in the city, others consider him the emir of al-Qaeda in the north.Nevertheless, Bakri denies the presence of any organizational links between Sabbagh and al-Qaeda, except for the connection among all Muslims, namely Islamic ideology and fraternity, and following the Quran and sunna as the good Salafists understood them. It is known that Abssi came from Iraq, embracing al-Qaeda’s ideas and influenced by the approach of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the emir of al-Qaeda in Iraq.A Lebanese expert on Islamist groups, speaking on condition of anonymity, told Al-Monitor on July 30 that there is a limited presence of al-Qaeda’s members and cells in Lebanon. Yet, the organization has a lot of supporters who have a jihadist and intellectual approach that is similar to that of the group. He pointed out that these supporters form a favorable environment, from which al-Qaeda recruits its members.As for the al-Qaeda-linked Jabhat al-Nusra, the same expert said that the Syrian war and infiltration of jihadist gunmen from both sides through the Lebanese-Syrian border has allowed groups of Jabhat al-Nusra and al-Qaeda to move into Lebanon. 1. One supposes that the Syrian rebels are being supported with money and weapons by US-linked Saudi and Gulf state dictatorships and by the US with which Australia is intimately connected. Another Mossad spy arrested in Lebanon
Lebanese intelligence agents have arrested a man who they say was working for Israel’s spy agency, Mossad. For more than two decades, Ali Taufiq Yari passed information about the Hizbullah resistance movement and the Lebanese army in return for payments totalling $600,000. Yari’s arrest was reported by Al-Manar television network on January 21.He formerly worked as a city counsellor in Baalbek and had reportedly been recruited by Mossad as far back as 1990 when Lebanon was infested with Israeli agents. Also, large swathes of Lebanese territory were still under Zionist control until they were driven out of the country by the heroic Hizbullah resistance. The Zionists still occupy Sheba Farms in the South as well as parts of the town of Kafr Kila where Zionist guns poke through concrete bunkers, literally into the faces of Lebanese school children. Lebanese intelligence discovered that Yari passed on the most sensitive information to Mossad during the war of aggression Israel launched against Lebanon in the summer of 2006. While the Zionists were roundly defeated, the information provided by Yari caused significant damage to South Lebanon as well as parts of Beirut. Sources also revealed that Yari had travelled to Occupied Palestinian territories using false Palestinian documents. His other visits included travel to countries in Europe and Asia to meet Mossad agents in order not to arouse suspicion. The fact that he evaded detection for so long clearly indicates that Yari had covered his tracks well.Since the expulsion of Zionist occupation forces from most of Lebanon, Hizbullah and the Lebanese intelligence agency have become more active in ferreting out Zionist agents inside the country. More than 100 people have been arrested in Lebanon so far on charges of collaborating with Mossad since April 2009, including members of the security forces and telecommunications employees. One of the most high profile cases was that of Ali al-Jarrah who worked as a school administrator and presented himself as an ardent supporter of the Palestinians but had been recruited by Israel as far back as 1983. For several decades he provided information on the Palestinians and Hizbullah. Jarrah would photograph sensitive areas and pass this information to the Zionists. Reporting on his arrest, the New York Times reported on February 19, 2009, “To Israel, he [Ali al-Jarrah] appears to have been a valued spy, sending reports and taking clandestine photographs of Palestinian groups and Hezbollah since 1983.”Lebanese investigators confirmed that he had confessed to a career of espionage for the Zionists. It was spectacular in its scope and longevity. His secret trips abroad and the unexplained cash that he obtained raised suspicions about his activities. How could a school administrator lead a life of such luxury and take frequent trips abroad. He also frequently visited Syria where he photographed roads and bridges. Part of his mission was to find out the routes used by Hizbullah to smuggle weapons into Lebanon to confront the Zionist occupation army.He spoke with his handlers by satellite phone, receiving “dead drops” of money, cameras and listening devices. Occasionally, on the pretext of a business trip, he traveled to Belgium and Italy, received an Israeli passport, and flew to Israel, where he was debriefed at length, Lebanese investigators say. His arrest came not at the hands of Lebanese intelligence; it was Hizbullah that closed in on him in July 2008 and handed him over to the Lebanese military together with his brother Yusuf who was also working for Mossad.The Jarrah family’s treachery will not be complete without mentioning Ziad al-Jarrah, one of the 19 alleged hijackers of 911. It has been widely speculated that Israeli Mossad was behind the 911 attacks. 9/11 flying teacher faces drug charges

The ex-owner of the Florida flight school where two of the 9/11 hijackers learned to fly has been ordered jailed without bond after he was arrested in Houston on drug trafficking charges. Rudi Dekkers is charged with two drug conspiracy counts. Court documents show he was nabbed Dec 2 in a federal drug sting while representing an international drug trafficker. A federal complaint says that after meetings and lengthy surveillance, Dekkers was found in possession of about 40 pounds of cocaine and about two pounds of heroin. The Dutch national is held without bond as a serious flight risk. Dekkers formerly owned the Florida flight school where investigators say Mohamed Atta and Marwan el Shehhi learned to fly.

Government has to fulfill its promise and bring Aafia home.A federal appeals court yesterday upheld the conviction of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui, and affirmed her sentence of 86 years in a U.S. maximum security prison. The outcome was no surprise to those who have been following Dr. Aafia's ordeal since she was illegally rendered from Afghanistan to U.S. jurisdiction in 2008. The appeal was filed by the very same lawyers who Dr. Aafia had unsuccessfully attempted to fire repeatedly. The attorneys representing Dr. Aafia in the appeal did so over her objections, and had no relationship with Dr. Aafia – they have never even met with Aafia during her incarceration and never consulted Aafia concerning her appeal. Dr. Aafia is a Pakistani citizen who is accused of crimes which occurred in Afghanistan. Her transfer to the U.S. for trial was illegal under international law, and despite the fact that all forensic evidence in the case supported Dr. Aafia's version of the fact, prosecutors in the case were still able to obtain a conviction by taking advantage of fear and prejudice in the minds of U.S. jurors was tried only a few meters from the site of the 9/11 attacks and wore Islamic dress at trial – the prosecution portrayed her as someone to be feared.More fundamentally, this latest result from the U.S. legal proceedings simply underscores that justice in this case cannot be served in US courts – in which Dr. Aafia was convicted based entirely on the words of the very same U.S. soldiers who shot and nearly killed her. Her conviction thus unsurprising, despite the facts that the soldiers who shot Dr. Siddiqui (1) had an obvious motive to lie or say they shot her in self-defense, (2) told wildly inconsistent stories at trial, and (3) were contradicted by all forensic evidence in the case . As former Attorney General of the United States, Ramsey Clark said during his recent advocacy mission to Pakistan on her behalf, "Aafia has fallen victim of international politics of power.” " .Dr. Fowzia Siddiqui today stated:" We are grateful to God Almighty for his Blessings and this decision has strengthened our faith that victory is now very close just as Aafia's two children were recovered we will succeed.
