"Loyalty to the Resistance" Bloc MP Hussein Moussawi slammed Tuesday US ambassador Maura Connelly's- without naming her- threats to Lebanon if it didn't fund the Special Tribunal for Lebanon."The views and theories of one of the biggest terrorist state's ambassador remind us of the behavior and language of tyrants in the past centuries," Moussawi said.In his statement, the MP called "this class of ambassadors and malicious envoys to pay attention that their policy losing.""We, in Lebanon, know better about our interests and since the Lebanese ambassador is not allowed to give orders in the US, than the same thing applies to all envoys in our country," the MP added.
Calling American people "to bind their administration in the "Black" House to adopt a new policy, which is based on the respect of the people's rights and sovereignty in their countries," he stressed that "there is no another way to improve US image.""Criminals are those who commit massacres from one continent to another, and not those who defend themselves and their liberty," the MP added concluding that "the damage that may occur to Lebanon when it decides not to fund the STL is not measured by the larger damage that may occur when STL charges innocent people."
