Lawmaker: Ties with US Result in Settlement of 1 Million People in Graveyards
"(Resumption of) the relations with the US will yield no interest for us, because they have a problem with the essence of the Islamic Revolution of Iran," Iranian Parliament's Presiding Board member Javad Jahangirzadeh told FNA on Tuesday. Relations with the US would end in the same fate experienced by Hosni Mubarak, Muammar Qaddafi and Ben Ali, he said, and continued, "If relations with the Untied States could lead to the development of a country, over one million Egyptians would not live in family cemeteries and the Yemeni people would have a different fate today."
