In a year of rule of law 1448 less than 1% of the land has been restoredclaimed by the victims in the country During the first year of implementation of the 1448 Act, victims and land restitution, only five sentences have been handed down to restore 162 hectares in rural area and 800 m2 in urban areas, that means only 0.008% of 2'123 .353 hectares have been claimed so far by the victims.4458 applications were submitted land claims in Antioquia, covering 211,538 hectares.
