The Turkish Ministry of Justice has been carefully examining a memorandum from the British association "Lawyers for Palestinian Human Rights", according to which the attack on the Mavi Marmara by Israeli forces violates several international treaties to which Israel is party. Moreover, Israel had the obligation to look after the passengers who, in turn, had the legitimate right to rebel. The complete document is reproduced below.
