The Venezuelan government Tuesday condemned the Netherlands for what it said were three air incursions by a Dutch military plane into the South American nation's airspace earlier this month.The Dutch military flights into north Venezuela had been detected between July 4 and July 7 by Venezuelan surveillance and air defense systems, "despite the aircraft using techniques to conceal its position and identification," a government statement said.
