President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad strongly criticized Thursday West’s patterns for development describing them as pre-planned patterns to reach neocolonialism.“Dividing world countries into three different categories of the developed, developing and under-developed states was resulted from a colonial view point which would further lead to neocolonialism,” said the President.
