Venezuelan Foreign Minister Nicolas Maduro on Monday led a meeting with Arab communities in Caracas to protest the Israeli attack on one of the boats of the Flotilla of Liberty was meant to bring into the Gaza Strip humanitarian aid. Speaking at the meeting, Maduro demanded "the Palestinian people's right to statehood." " The Freedom Flotilla was comprised of six ships with about 700 people on board, women and men of different nationalities and religions, whose only goal was to bring relief to the inhabitants of the Gaza Strip, who live in humanitarian crisis. The Foreign Ministry demanded an end to the blockade imposed by Israel on Gaza, which limits access of basic necessities such as medicines, food and other products into the Palestinian territory. 

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bolivia, expressed outrage at Israeli aggression and called for crime to be investigated. Bolivia expressed "outrage at the heinous attack" and urged "relevant international agencies to initiate investigations aimed at punishing those directly responsible for these acts of extreme criminal violence." 

Paraguay's Foreign Ministry, meanwhile, raised his "strong rejection" of what happened and condemned "the use of any force which violates the fundamental principles of international law." For what it called "peaceful and constructive dialogue in order to avoid loss of human lives."
