Ahamdinejad: Zionist Regime An Insult to Humanity, Must be Removed
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Friday lashed out at hegemonic powers for their support for the Zionist regime.
Addressing a large number of the Iranian people on the occasion of the International Quds Day in Tehran, Ahmadinejad stressed that Zionists are using the regime to dominate the Middle-East.
"Most Western hegemonic powers maintain a joint commitment to protect the entity of the "Israeli" regime," he highlighted and noted that "the western powers can't tolerate criticism of the Zionist regime."" They feel compelled to defend it," Ahmadinejad said. He also warned: "It is dangerous if even10% of the territory is given to the Zionists."
He further stated that "the "Israeli" regime is a tool in the hands of Zionists to control the Middle-East and the entire world.""The very existence of the Zionist regime is an insult to humanity," Ahmadinejad confirmed. The Iranian president that the International Quds Day is the day of unity among all human beings to remove the Zionist black stain from the human society. He underscored that all-out support of the Iranian nation for Palestine means backing justice and respecting human dignity. "The Zionist regime is a malignant cancer, if even one cell remains on Palestinian land, the current situation will continue in the future," the president said and warned: "Zionists want to spread."
Millions of Iranians staged massive rallies in Tehran and other cities on Friday to condemn continued occupation of the Palestinian territories by the Zionist regime and show strong support for Palestinians against Israel on the International Quds Day. Protesters unanimously condemned Zionists' crimes in the Palestinian occupied lands.
The fasting people carrying placards chanted 'Down with the US' and 'Down with "Israel" and other anti-Zionist slogans. The late founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini, in August 1979 declared the last Friday of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan as al-Quds Day, calling for international rallies in support of Palestinians and against "Israel".
