IAPA Aggression Against Cuba Denounced - Prensa Latina
The Inter-American Press Association (IAPA) is a cartel in the service of the North American CIA that has confirmed its aggressive actions against Cuba, charges a journalist specializing in studying subversive attempts directed at this Caribbean country.According to an article from the Canadian journalist resident in Cuba, Jean-Guy Allard, the latest evidence of the relationship of IAPA with the plans of North American intelligence was its designation of cybermercenary Yoani Sánchez as its representative in Cuba.In an article published by Granma newspaper, the author of several books and materials on Washington's anti-Cuban hostility considers Sanchez to be a patented traitor, actively promoted by certain international news agencies, who became rich through rewards generated by the State Department, totaling hundreds of thousands of euros.Allard cited in his article the Chilean researcher Ernesto Carmona, who said Sanchez's internet texts are published on a server hosted in Germany that is served by the company Cronos AR Regenburg, a subsidiary of the Strato branch office that does not serve ordinary citizens, for example, bloggers.Sanchez's domain name is registered by the Godaddy company, revealed Carmona, a company preferred by the Pentagon in its propaganda cyberwars. Thus, this blogger, who lived in Switzerland and Germany before returning to Cuba to create her blog Generation Y to defame the island and its government, has access to U.S. technologies prohibited to Cuba by the Washington blockade, Allard pointed out.A real businesswoman dealing in pro-US misinformation, Sanchez will now represent IAPA, the ultra-rightwing organization dedicated permanently to attacking, slandering and defaming her country, he added. In the text, the journalist outlines the IAPA's behavior, which as described guarantees its subordination to Washington's interventionist plans in the region. The IAPA supported coups in Venezuela (2002) and Honduras (2009) and has accused presidents Hugo Chavez, Evo Morales and Rafael Correa, the leaders of revolutionary processes, of attacking the press, Allard noted.
