Miguel Angel Moratinos criticized the opposition People's Party for keeping questioning the judicial and police cooperation provided by Hugo Chavez' government. El Universal: Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs Miguel Angel Moratinos reproached on Wednesday the opposition People's Party (PP) for keeping questioning the judicial and police cooperation of Hugo Chavez' government in the fight against terrorism, and reminded the PP that "ETA is the enemy, not Venezuela."

Moratinos praised Caracas' cooperation against terrorist group ETA during the government control session in the Spanish Congress of Deputies (Lower House), in response to a question from Gustavo de Aristegui, the Foreign Affairs spokesman of the PP, Spain's main opposition party, Efe reported.

Moratinos asked again the PP to support Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero's government in this matter, as it is a government policy.Moratinos added that Venezuelan authorities are working with the Spanish police after Zapatero's government submitted to Venezuelan officials the indictment issued by Judge Eloy Velasco, in which he mentions evidence of Venezuela's cooperation with ETA and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).
