Jihad has started in Iran. It was declared by the Iranian Mujahideen in their English-language blog. An Islamic Jamaat, or Party, Harakat Ansar Iran announced the beginning of the armed resistance to Shiite regime of ayatollah in response to the persecution of Sunni Muslims. The appeal of Iranian Mujahideen Emir Abu Yasir Muskootani (see photo) to Muslims in Balochistan (a historical region encompassing present-day Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan - on the map marked with pink) says:"Oh brothers, wake up from your sleep and neglect and join the caravan of the Muwahhideen and Mujahideen and defend your dignity and your religion. And I advise you, my brothers, not to be tricked by this regime and their deception. This regime is not our and your friend, in fact this regime is your biggest enemy. Oh people I swear to you by Allah, wake up from this negligence and sleep and defend your beliefs, principles and dignity".It is to be noted that in the years 2009-2010, in Iran, an Islamic organization Jundullah was active, which has conducted several successful operations against the Shia, but later its Emir was captured and executed.And now, after almost 2 years, Mujahideen have renewed Jihad in this country. The first operation was carried out on October 19 in the den of Rawafides in the city of Chabhar (see map), the Mujahideen were able to eliminate at least 20 Rawafides.The operation was carried out in retaliation for the prosecution of the Sunni Muslim by the regime of the ayatollah in the last decades.The statement by Harakat Ansar Iran on the case said that the Mujahideen came across a secret meeting of high ranking Iranian Revolutionary guard officers in the base of the Basij of Chabhar.After considerable planning and preparation, the Mujahideen planted an explosive rigged van outside the base of the Basij where the meeting was being held. They detonated the explosives once the meeting ended and the officers of the Shiite Revolutionary Guards started to come out of the building. This explosion killed at least 20 enemy soldiers and officers.After the success of this explosion the Mujahideen started to withdraw to their own base but encountered troops of the Iranian regime on their way back.A brave Mujahid amongst them, called Hamza Saravani went forth with a pre-planned fidaee (martyrdom) operation. In this operation he went towards a large mass of the regime's troops carrying weapons and an explosive vest and engaged them in a fire-fight before detonating his vest killing several of the regime's soldiers while distracting their attention from his brother Mujahideen who made their way back safely to their base.

The paternalistic role of the US intelligence establishment in the ACPC is made all the more evident when one examines some of the more well known members of the ACPC including former National Security Advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski, former Pentagon advisor Richard Perle and other top neocons such as William Kristol, Elliott Abrams, Kenneth Adelman, and Robert Kagan
