A Palestinian faction based in Syria on Sunday called on Arab nations to dismiss Israeli ambassadors from their posts in response to recent attacks on Gaza.The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine - General Command also called on the Palestinian Authority to end security coordination with Israel.Egypt must speak with the Israeli ambassador about the attacks on Gaza, the PFLP-GC said in a statement. Six people have been killed in Gaza and dozens injured since Saturday as Israel fired tank shells and launched airstrikes on the coastal enclave.Israel's army said it was responding to a missile attack on one of its military jeeps and rockets fired into southern Israel by Gaza militants.The PFLP-GC is considered loyal to President Bashar Assad. Syria hosts half a million Palestinian refugees, mostly descendants of those who fled their homes during and after the creation of Israel in 1948.On Sunday Israel fired into Syrian territory after its army said a mortar landed in the occupied Golan Heights.
