The new autonomist Government public policy approaches have unexpectedly encountered a stumbling block by the discovery of an arsenal of weapons and other materials in its own Department of health, which has mounted a particular body of police with access to confidential information and covert functions.The already controversial "Office of research" - which has a division of intelligence, armed agents and agreements with U.S. agencies of law and order as well as with the control of drugs (DEA) - raises moreover .new problems on the role of Puerto Rico and the United States policy for the region, just days away from the theme of the colonial status of this small nation will arise at the next meeting of the community of States of Latin America and the Caribbean)CELAC)."This Office is not in any of the scenarios" said the Secretary of public affairs, Jorge Colberg, explaining that approaches the new Governor Alejandro García Padilla  does not include operations as referred to the public and warned that past annexationist Administration cannot impose their agendas to the Government after the change of command. [ed notes:cant wait to see those explanations :) or have this brought up at next CELAC summit ..why would dept of health have arsenal of guns?was this the DEA'S fast and furious program for Puerto Rico?possible reasons,weapons trafficking ,possible spread of intentional virus outbreak then  mow down angry crowds?well know soon enough,stay tuned..
