" He reported that by next June a Venezuelan delegation will travel to Beijing as to build the projects, and in the month of August  probably the Chinese delegation will return to Venezuela, to prepare the meeting with the president of the People's Republic of China, Hu Jintao. 

"Here in Caracas and there in Beijing (Beijing), where we will be ready to make that (the agreement) in a set of commitments in the framework of development" of the country, "Chavez said. The president said that "never in my life had i attended a meeting as productive as this." For its part, the representative of the Development Bank of China, Liu Kegu, said that thanks to the invitation of Venezuelan President and his ministers they have formed a team to advise Venezuela's socio-economic planning and various specific areas. " 

He said that in total there are employed, more than 30 Chinese experts to plan and implement projects with the South American country. For 15 days and under the leadership of President Chavez, "we have expertise now in the area to obtain more profound changes in the country, we obtained information from the panorama of the country, we have also presented to the Venezuelan side planning at short, medium and long term China and the experience of 60 years of revolution, "said Kegu. The installation of the table is given two weeks after Chinese visitors toured Venezuela for the planning and execution of projects in that country. And in more than a month that China will grant a loan of 20 billion dollars to the South American country.
