Against: Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, France, India, Israel, United Kingdom, United States.IRAN PROPOSED RESOLUTION APPROVED IN THE UN http://www.namnewsnetwork.org/v2/read.php?id=178065 Members of the UN General Assembly voted for Iran's proposed resolution on destroying all mass-destruction weapons in the world. The proposed resolution was approved on Friday morning with 118 positive votes. Only the United States and Israel with a few other western countries voted against the resolution. The resolution called on countries with nuclear arsenals to be committed to Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). According to one of the articles of the resolution, those countries which have nuclear arsenals and are not still members of the NPT, should put all their activities under supervision of the NPT and destroy all their mass-destruction weapons as soon as possible.
