Arrest warrant against detainee accused of transferring weapons to Syrian opposition
Military investigation judge Imad Zein interrogated Tuesday a detainee accused of belonging to a terrorist group and providing -- along with fugitives of different nationalities -- contact between Ain El-helwe camp and Syrian opposition militants. The detainee also facilitated the escape of one Fatah Al-Islam prisoner from the Roumieh prison and transferred money and weapons to the Syrian opposition. Madi finally issued an arrest against him according to article 335 of the penal code.
