Board of European Council on International Relations held an emergency meeting on the French proposed draft resolution for a condemnation of Syria. The announce made by French Foreign Minister Alain Juppe took by surprise the European Union diplomatic community but also the international community ,declared professor Anton Caragea , president of European Council on International Relation . The proposed French resolution is based on fictions, lies and media manipulation unthinkable for a United Nations serious document underlined professor Caragea .
