The US government seeks to expand its dominance and rescue the Zionist regime by putting up a human rights mask, IRI President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad told a media conference Tuesday.He said the world hegemony launched the most massive ever attack on the region in a bid to rescue its ramshackle economy and save the Zionist regime as its main base of super-modern economy however it has changed its colors after being defeated by the regional nations.

"They seek to expand their dominance. Only the masks have changed," he said, adding they formerly put on an anti terrorism mask and now put on a human rights mask.

"The former US government faked a violent image of Islam to deceive the nations and provide the ground for its dominance. The current US government seeks to fake a liberal version of Islam which recognizes the Zionist regime," he added. "The nations have learned that all the problems, wars, bloodsheds, assassinations and dictatorships they have ever suffered in the past decades stemmed from the system of hegemony," he said.
