Venezuela's envoy to the International Atomic Energy Agency Ali De Jesus Uzcategui Duque blamed IAEA Chief Yukiya Amano for his negative attitude towards Iran, saying that such a wrong approach cannot be expected to produce positive results.Speaking to FNA, Uzcategui Duque lamented that the positive process of Iran-IAEA cooperation which was started under the former IAEA Chief, Mohamed ElBaradei, has unfortunately come to a halt under Amano. 

This is while no new process has yet been created for Iran-IAEA cooperation during Amano's term, and this has, unfortunately, left some negative impact on the UN agency's reports on Iran, Uzcategui stated. He further reminded that the IAEA has had maximum inspection in Iran, and blasted the Agency's move to portray Iran as uncooperative. "Iran has seriously proved that the peaceful use of the nuclear energy comprises its goal," he noted.
