We have information about hundreds of thousands of calls trying to be done from other countries to break the electoral norm," he stated.In this connection, the Comando Carabobo chief urged the electoral body to start proceedings against political parties which continue proselytizing despite the election campaign finished last Thursday."We ask the National Electoral Council to convene the rightist campaign group to answer for these questions and the concerned raised among the Venezuelan people. There shall be established the responsibility of the right-wing candidate and campaign group concerning the messages which use their voices," added Rodriguez.In addition, he informed that many of such proselytizing phone calls in favor of the rightist candidate are made in small hours of the day.Furthermore, Rodriguez claimed that newspapers Ultima Hora and El Regional, from western state of Portuguesa, on Saturday "released pages of propaganda on behalf of the right-wing candidate.""Desperation is not enough reason to violate the electoral law and the total ban of political proselytizing in this moment, which is completely prohibited," Rodriguez remarked.
