Venezuelan writer and lawyer Luis Britto Garcia underscored Thursday that the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) will keep trying "to supplant our justice system and then declare as an alleged compulsory power about any contentious issue occurring in Venezuelan life."
