The Manama regime is following an Israeli pattern in committing genocide against the Bahraini people, a political analyst says. “The ruling regime in Bahrain is using a Zionist technique just like the Zionists want to get rid of the Palestinians. The Khalifa wants to get rid of the Shias, which is unfortunate,” Nada Hashwi told Press TV. “It is like a déjà vu to me with how the Israeli-Zionist state is behaving in Palestine with the destruction of homes, mosques and killing of people,” she further pointed out. 

Hashwi argued that the Manama regime is “trying so hard to bring it (popular uprising) into a sectarian war, but until now it has not happened.” She lashed out at Washington's silence over massive rights violations in Bahrain, saying that is because the Manama regime is a key U.S. “ally” in the Persian Gulf region.  “The U.S. gets paid enough to keep its mouth shut regarding the genocide, tortures and killings that have been happening,” she further explained.
