Canada historically acts as an on again and off again handy lackey for Anglo-Saxon and Francophone global strategists.The right-wing Stephan Harper administration has just gotten itself fully involved in Libyan civil war that’s clearly out of context with the Canada’s usual international standings. If it’s for humanitarian reason then why doesn’t Ottawa get involved in Bahrain, Yemen and other stressed countries around the world?
