Irish police are on their guard for dissident violence after the route for the British Queen's three-day visit to the Republic was officially announced. Despite tight security measures costing Irish tax payers more than £6.2 million, the police fear that such measures would not be enough to ensure the security of the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh during their tour, which starts on May 17
