Nabil Sha’th, Fatah central committee member and head of the Palestinian constitutional committee , Sunday said that completing and announcing the Palestinian constitution bring us closer to announcing the Palestinian State in September.He told, Raya FM, a Local Palestinian Radio, that “preparing the Palestinian constitution emphasizes demanding the UN General Assembly to recognize the Palestinian State”, adding that “running the Palestinian Authority isn’t enough, we want an independent Palestinian State”.
