A prominent Russian analyst lambasted the US-led forces for their lack of care and action in combating drugs in Afghanistan, and said that the western governments have rather supported and protected drug-trafficking and caused an increase in drug production in the war-torn country."The West and the US supported by global Zionism are the main cause of increased drug production and smuggling in Afghanistan and they have intensified overall instability in the region," Maxim Shevchenko told FNA on Saturday.
