Another Iranian assassination plot comes to light! http://www.iranaffairs.com/iran_affairs/2011/11/another-iranian-assassination-plot-comes-to-light-.html To quote Sec of State Hillary Clinton, "You can't make this stuff up, right?" So just as the used-car dealer/Mexican drug dealer assassination plot seems to have been laughed out of the news headlines, another dastardly Iranian assassination plot rears its head in Washington DC... or at least that's what the main suspect is claiming:The 47-year-old Muth is charged in the beating and strangulation of his 91-year-old wife, Viola Drath, a German-born socialite and journalist, at their home in Georgetown. He has denied guilt and initially claimed his wife died of a head injury from a fall.
And more,
During the proceedings, Muth asserted that his military status was crucial to his case. "It is my judgement that my wife's murder was a hit by Iranian agents," said Muth. He added that this should be given greater weight because of the plot against the Saudi Ambassador. According to Muth, he and the ambassador had been working on the same issue: namely, U.S. military engagement with Iran.
And what sort of fellow is this Muth fellow? Or his murdered wife? Apparently, really odd but that doesn't prevent people like American generals and a Supreme Court justice from showing up at their parties.Mexican drug assassins/FBI informants hired by used car dealers to blow up Saudis, or rich socialites dabbling in international affairs and murdering each other .. .frankly I'm having a hard time deciding which plot is weirder than the other.
