The Bolivian administration will request again the United States to extradite former president Gonzalo Sanchez de Lozada, for him to respond in a court for the "Black October" genocide in 2003, reports in this capital affirm.The agreement signed by Bolivia and the United States establishes a political dialogue commission, which will deal with several issues including the extradition of the former president, Bolivian Foreign Minister David Choquehuanca told Cambio newspaper .Choquehuanca also recalled that the relatives of the 67 victims and of the approximately 400 injured are also requesting the extradition of Sanchez de Lozada from the USA, where he fled to in October 2003 after the massacre at El Alto city.Eight years after that event, the Bolivian justice condemned five former military personnel of the Sanchez de Lozada administration to terms of imprisonment of from 10 to 15 years.
