Anti-Government Economic War in Venezuela Denounced
The speculative bourgeoisie is currently involved in a conspiracy and economic war against the Venezuelan government, National Assembly member Jose Avila said today."They are trying to overthrow the government economically," asserted the parliamentarian in reference to the bourgeois commodities speculators that he said aremainly responsible for inflation in the country.
[[[[[[[It is a bourgeoisie that imports 10 times more than it exports and lives from the printing of cheap dollars which are then maneuvered in order to take profits in the parallel foreign-currency market as well as increasing the cost of products to extract additional profit,]]]]]]]he explained to Venezolana de Television."What the importing bourgeoisie is doing in the country is shameful," he said.[[[[["Denouncing it is not sufficient. We would have to build an entire prison to jail speculators,"]]]]] said Avila. He added that the problem cannot be eradicated solely by the Institute for Defense of People to Access Goods and Services and the National Superintendency of Costs and Prices. "We should be organized with the people," he said.In this reference, the parliamentarian recalled that the opposition remains mute on the subject of speculation and media and opposition spokespeople are even generating the opinion that investment in Venezuela is pointless, something that is completely false, he said.Faced with opposition criticism against the foreign-currency exchange adjustment by the Government to strengthen the productive mechanism in the country, Avila disarmed the assertions by defeated presidential candidate and governor of the state of Miranda Henrique Capriles, who called those measures a "commie" move.Avila rejected those statements, recalling the inclusive policy by the Executive, shown in the variety of social programs implemented to improve the Venezuelans' standard of living, "a different strategy from truly dirty measures such as those in 1989, which included budget cuts for social services."
[ed notes;thats an amazing idea in my opinion ..create a new mission called ''mission speculators prison'' this would send a strong message and majority of Venezuelans would support it! and that would be a strong message to foreign northern imperialist govts that unlike them, they truly stand against those harming public and nations interests!
