DOESNT MATTER HOW YOU WORD IT,ITS STILL NEOCOLONIALISM AND NEOLIBERALISM... EU GRANTS EURO 22 MILLION TO SUPPORT SMEs IN EGYPT http://www.namnewsnetwork.org/v2/read.php?id=175749  The European Union has approved a Euro 22 million project aimed at stimulating job creation in rural areas in Egypt by supporting the development of agricultural small and medium enterprises (SMEs).The money will go to improve access to finance for farmers and increase productivity in the dairy and aquaculture sector with the aim of improving farmers' living condition.EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Stefan Fule said in press statement Tuesday that "small and medium enterprises have a vital role to play in creating jobs and growth in Egypt.""By making it easier for them to access finance, we are helping to remove one of the main barriers to job creation," he added. He noted that the project is expected to start following the establishment of the first democratic government in the second quarter of next year with the first farmers already benefitting in the second half of next year.EU financial cooperation with Egypt is governed under the European Neighbourhood Policy, which has foreseen an amount of Euro 449 million over the 2011-2013 period.
[GETTING SICK OF THESE SNEAKY TRADE AGREEMENTS AND ECONOMIC PARTNERSHIPS... SME IS REALLY ENP AND WHATS ENP? ...  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Neighbourhood_Policy  The European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) is a foreign relations instrument of the European Union (EU) which seeks to tie those countries to the east and south of the EU into the EU ...Criticism The Arab Spring in North Africa has shed light on the close personal and business ties between governing elites in EU member states and their Mediterranean counterparts. For example, France’s Foreign Minister Michèle Alliot-Marie was forced to resign due to public outrage over her links to the ousted Ben Ali regime in Tunisia.[2]
